There is joy, a sense of grace and beauty for Donna whenever she can BE in a forest or a garden, where she can be inspired by and tune in to her innate sensitivity, affinity, and sacredness for the natural world, weaving it through her life daily honoring and cultivating her soul.
Donna is an RYT 200 and Inspired Yoga Instructor, kindly sharing her knowledge, experience and love of yoga with her students. Her sense of humor and giving heart shine through her teaching.
