Health and wellness have always been Dawn's passion. Not just for herself, but for others as well.
Dawn's body started to send her signals that it was time to slow down. She was introduced to several healers, began regular meditations and gentle yoga, reading spiritual books, searching for what really resonated with her. But it wasn't until 2009, when she came to the first Lightworkers Healing Method™ class, that things really started coming together. Dawn describes this experience as life changing; she knew this is what she was meant for. It is with great joy that Dawn is teaching Dawn's Dance Fitness classes, working with personal training clients and seeing regular clients as a Certified Lightworkers Healing Practicioner. To Dawn, this is what "health and wellness" is really about.
